Responsibilities:
· Create relationships with RIA’s correspondent’s Technical side to improve current Connectivity, and daily correspondent transmission issues
· Work closely with other departments within organization to retrieve feedback and implement changes to benefit customer service experience
· Review and analyze current procedures and make appropriate suggesting that will benefit the business
· Help with the daily operational issues presented by correspondents and make corrective suggestions and fixes in the system to help solve issues
· Work on the automation of current procedures and processes that involves a lot of manual involvement.

Requirements and experience
· Ability to Speak English and Spanish (Advanced)
· Microsoft, Java and XML Platforms knowledge

Education
· Two year degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology or the equivalent combination of education and experience
