Responsibilities:

Create relationships with RIA’s correspondent’s Technical side to improve current Connectivity, and daily correspondent transmission issues
Work closely with other departments within organization to retrieve feedback and implement changes to benefit customer service experience
Review and analyze current procedures and make appropriate suggesting that will benefit the business
Help with the daily operational issues presented by correspondents and make corrective suggestions and fixes in the system to help solve issues
Work on the automation of current procedures and processes that involves a lot of manual involvement.


Requirements and experience

Ability to Speak English and Spanish (Advanced)
Microsoft, Java and XML Platforms knowledge


Education

Two year degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology or the equivalent combination of education and experience
