Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manage attendance, schedules and payroll for all employees on associated shift. Responsible for managing all aspects of attendance including, but not limited to tracking, IVR scheduling, feedback (action plans, verbal and written warnings, termination), reporting attrition, and employee attendance files. Manage time off requests, requests for unconventional schedules, PR60/attendance records, initiate action plans for attendance and conduct exit interviews.
• Serve as liaison between Human Resources and Operations to resolve issues/concerns (i.e., PTO accrual disputes, payroll adjustments, HR status form changes, benefits forms, work permits, I-9s). Review and implement HR policies and procedures with management team.
• Ensure proper use of timekeeping systems including hourly adjustments, password changes and permanent team changes.
• Maintain timekeeping system serious error reports and assure manager corrections are correct. Participate in new hire orientations.
• Coordinate placement of new hires (coming out of training) within teams. Coordinate and schedule In-Team and Continuation Training Manage distribution of payroll checks. Participate in Performance DAP meetings with managers and employees.
• Review manager's documentation to ensure compliance with HR standards before suspension or termination of call center agents.
• Communicate changes in HR policies and procedures (e.g., benefits, DAP/CAP to managers). Function as liaison for PRISM team.
• Responsible for maintaining a close working relationship with managers: act as project contact person for business unit(s), 'in-charge' responsibilities, work station readiness, ID coordination, schedule adherence, RTA.
• Cascade corporate communications.
• Coordinate training and value added developmental skills' classes for staff. Coordinate and encourage employee recognition throughout project(s). Maintain employee database(s).
