• Improve and maintain automation and systems for deployment automation and operational tools
• Ensure environments are setup properly and easily maintained
• Troubleshooting and Analysis of production systems
• Application level monitoring
• Actively monitor and administer the production platforms, to increase efficiency, improve reliability and minimize downtimes

• Analytical Thinking: Able to breakdown raw information and undefined problems into specific, workable components that in-turn clearly identifies the issues at hand. Makes logical conclusions, anticipates obstacles and considers different approaches that are relevant to the decision making process.
• Intermediate to Advanced working experience or study equivalent with at least one or more scripting languages: Powershell, Bash, TCL, etc
• Networking basic knowledge and working experience with at least one of the following protocols tcp/ip, http, tls/ssl, xml and DNS
• Advanced working experience with Windows Server 2008/2012 and Linux operating systems
• Intermediate working or educational experience with at least one RESTful services: SOAP and/or Javascript
• .Net programing (desired)
