Descripción de la Oferta

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for developing, designing and delivering training programs that promote skill and knowledge enhancement to the employee population throughout the organization which incorporates the corporate values, goals and objectives.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education or related with specialization in Human Resources, Training/Learning, Organizational Development or a related field

REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years instructional design and facilitation experience in a large organizational and/or functional business unit
Knowledge of different training methodologies and the ability to develop and provide technical/operational training to adults
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Publisher. Intermediate proficiency with learning/talent management systems and tools.
Fully Bilingual English/Spanish
