The Digital Pricing & Revenue Management Assistant works in coordination with the Revenue Management Team to research current market conditions, complete competitor analysis, and present recommendations to management for pricing and foreign exchange positions to stay competitive in the market. Duties require to work independently and make decisions on behalf of RIA. The Digital Pricing & Revenue Management Analyst works in coordination with Business P/L managers.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Create, modify and adjust pricing structures based on data-driven evaluation of market performance, competitive environment, and implement market-specific pricing as needed to stimulate demand.
2. Analyze market dynamics, pricing trending, and market opportunities.
3. Review pricing requests and perform analysis & adjustments.
4. Assist the Digital Department on pricing and revenue management strategy. Develop and implement pricing strategies including segment strategies for assigned markets.
5. Assist the Digital Department on specific deals or projects.
6. Create and maintain ad-hoc reports as required.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in business-related field such as: Finance, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics.
Master’s Degree a plus

Work Experience
Two years progressive financial experience in pricing, revenue management, analytical marketing or finance.
