Job description: we are looking for a customer-oriented service representative for our different accounts to act as a liaison, provide product/service/tech support information and resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
* Handle different types of information in order to satisfy our client´s needs.
* Record and document activity and updates on required systems.
* Answer product and service questions. This includes: determine the cause of the problem, explain the best solution and follow up to ensure a resolution.
* Offer additional services that might fit the customers need´s
* Analyze different types of data to create new reports, charts, etc.
* Design new projects based on customer specifications.
* To plan and coordinate actions based on identified trends.
* Support special campaigns to increase production.
Qualifications:
* English level above 95% or above(native)
* Schedule availability
* Customer service/tech support/ sales experience
* Computer savvy
* Multitasking
* Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization
* Forward thinking, organized, analytical, highly detail-oriented
