Job description
Support sales executive during the sales cycle process prospecting account, supporting activities on executive absence, sales administration activities and controls.
Your tasks and responsibilities
* Prospect new accounts using external data bases to feed internal pipeline basket.
* Attend SME accounts or call in customers where needed.
* Attend SME accounts Not handled by sales with NO major business potential.
* Support Handover to operations process via CHIP where needed in case of urgencies.
* KN login Multiplier for local support to Cluster SDM.
* Joint visit with sales VS / VA where needed, prior approval of BM / BV.
* Perform quotation process for Own & Sales customers via Kuehne Nagel CRM tool and following respective working instructions and guidelines.
* Correct usage of CRM tool for activities, pipeline and quotation process.
* Responsible for offering a service of quality to our customers.
Your skills and experience
* Graduated or Studying last year of Logistics or similar career.
