DESCRIPTION

Responsible for the planning and scheduling of resources (materials / machinery / labor), and the management of orders that are necessary to guarantee timely deliveries to our clients.

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

• Leading strategic planning meetings with involved departments to analyze demand requirements.
• Promote strategic relationships with suppliers that guarantee a supply chain capable of meeting the demand in terms of volume, time and quality.
• Achieve knowledge in production sequences (productive routes) to understand capacity constraints and to help improve the day to day level of customer service.
• Create production schedules and follow-ups to ensure the timely and efficient processing of products at different stages of production.
• Management of optimal inventories of raw material to guarantee service and cost.
• Timely managing of the ERP system for analysis and decision making.
• Manage planning KPIs to identify areas of opportunity.
• Generate reports in terms of scheduling, inventory levels, delivery times, capacities and constraints in the supply chain.
• Participate in projects of continuous improvement as a member of the management team responsible for business transformation.
• Proactively seek continuous improvement.
• Link between Customer Service / Development / Operations departments.

REQUIREMENTS

• Industrial engineer with experience in Supply Chain and Planning
• 5 years of proven experience as Planning Manager
• Proven knowledge in statistics, forecasts, analysis and demand planning
• Experience in the management of ERP based software
• Advanced English level
