Web Support Technician
Responsibilities
First level helps desk support
Windows Desktop Support
Point-of-sale system support and troubleshooting
Remote desktop support
Phone and Email support
Monitoring of logs to pre-empt potential problems;
Proactively maintain a desktop fleet;
Assisting in IT related projects
Promptly and politely resolving issues
Documenting and troubleshooting of issues in a ticketing system
Identify trends to assist in future problem resolution
Dispatching support
Calling IT and staff to determine the root cause of an issue
Fault notification, errors reporting, and escalations of faults / errors
Job Requirements
Experience
•Microsoft Technologies
•Call Center Experience
•Medium-High knowledge in Windows OS and it's tools.
•Helpdesk Practice and Procedures
Skills & Requirements
•Degree qualified in IT or Computer Sciences, preferably with relevant industrial certifications.
•Well-developed English language skills are essential.
•Ability to work independently
•Excellent timely service standard
•Multi-task skills
