The Supply Relationship (SRM) Specialist will coordinate and support Pre-Qualification of suppliers who participate in a Sourcing Process, coordinate Re-Qualification of existing suppliers and support ad hoc supplier Audits. These efforts will be crucial to ensure compliance and to mitigate supply risks. The Specialist will act as a single point of contact to facilitate all administration regarding vendor pre-qualification, re-qualification and audits, in support of the global and local sourcing and supply relationship management teams. The specialist will take initiatives to streamline the related process and to improve the robustness of the related control & compliance frameworks.

This person must have a good affinity with procurement processes, understand supply risk dimensions and ideally be an expert in interpreting and reporting on Compliance/CSR/Financial/Business Continuity and potentially other Supply Risk metrics.

• Coordinate and support supplier pre-qualification, in support of sourcing initiatives
o Conduct supplier pre-checks on public denied lists,
o Coordinate and conduct the in-depth evaluation of supply risks in terms of Compliance, CSR, Business Continuity, Financial and potentially other risks,
o Report supply risk profile of specific Supplier in Category to PSCL and Stakeholders.

• Coordinate and support vendor re-qualification and ad-hoc vendor due diligence
o Follow-up the overall supply risk profile and the expiration of vendor audit & qualification documentation and reports,
o Initiate and coordinate the completion of recurrent vendor re-qualification,
o Initiate and coordinate in-depth supplier due diligence as and when required.

• Manage the supplier qualification document repository
o Ensure information is accurate, complete and up to date,
o Make information available to all stakeholders,
o Report on aggregate information to feed into various corporate reporting.
