Is responsible for guaranteeing the availability of (Dealers and Retailers) equipment to comply with agreed T&E; Volume levels and Customer Service policies, through planning, execution and control of Stock levels of all materials assigned. Also, this person will develop the Invoicing process for Dealers/Retailers.

Responsabilities:
1. Organize and supervise the efficient execution of invoice process, in support by order processing clerk.
2. Continuously review and refine inventory consignment process, in order to minimize fraud Risks (bi-monthly).
3. Assure the safety of the assets stored in the dealer/retailer warehouses.
4. Assure accurate, complete and timely recording of all inventory system transactions in the Warehouses under his/her supervision and accurate information related to inventory loss and Fraud risks.
5. Coordinate inventory receptions from central warehouse and assure reception. in no more than 48hrs after in-transit process is activated, under support of order processing clerk.
6. Allocate, manage and appraise oder management resources according to the changing needs of the business as to take care of facilities and equipment maintenance.
7. Supervise the proper execution of inventory supply and sales forecast
8. Monitor and report inventory loss or fraud risks in the dealer/retailer order process.
9. Assure inventory count completeness in external/internal inventory audits.
10. Compliance with ice/internal controls.

Education:Master degree in Business Administration (Preferred)
Experience:1 year Inventory Operations Demand and Supply Planning Order Management
