ROLE
B2B & B2C Marketing Business Support will work with product owners and country managers to combine market analysis, data mining, content, end-user feedback, and technology knowledge to develop world-class marketing online campagins for targeted markets.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Partner with product, country managers, and user experience teams to build and deliver world-class, high quality software-as-a-service products
• Act as a resident domain expert in the product functions and features supporting the business and business needs of the users
• Support coordination of new products, services and functionalities launches
• Work with product team to refine product vision based on feedback from end users
• Help communicate roadmap progress and product effectiveness to internal stakeholders
• Pursue a data driven approach for measuring product effectiveness and continually work toward improving tangible and sustained value proposition we deliver to our customers
Basic Qualifications:
• Fully billingual (english-spanish). German would be a +
• Education: Bachelor's degree (Ingenieria Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Comunicaciones, Marketing)
• Proven analytic and data orientation
• Ability to prioritize with conviction and communicate decisions effectively
• KPI'S Oriented
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and creativity
• Demonstrated clear and concise technical writing skills
• Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
• Evidence of ability to work with a cross-disciplinary team
Ideal Qualifications:
• 2+ years of practical Product Management experience delivering software products in a B2B or B2C setting
• Demonstrable understanding of B2B and B2C campaigns
• Analytic and Data mining experience
• Database tables and queries management experience desirable
• Ability to boil down market findings into new product/enhancement ideas
• Excel and Dynamic tables management experience
