RESPONSIBILITIES
• Remote Windows desktop support
• POS Terminal Support for credit / debit card transactions
• Phone and Email Support
• Installation of hardware and software systems
• Monitoring of logs to preempt potential problems;
• Troubleshooting a variety of computer issues
• Documenting issues and troubleshooting in a ticketing system
• Identify trends to assist in future problem resolution
• Dispatching support
• Fault notification, errors reporting, and escalations of faults / errors
