Responsibilities:
• In the pre-sales phase, review the contract deliverability, create the contract management plan, design the relevant contract terms, identify the contract risks, participate in the contract negotiation, to ensure and improve the contract deliverability.
• Manage contract change: In the pre-sales phase, identify the scope of contract and the contract change risk, design the terms of change and create contract change management solution; in the fulfilling phase, identify the scope of contract, identify & manage the contract change, participate in the contract change solution & strategy creation, participate in the contract change negotiation.
• Manage risk: In the pre-sales phase, identify the contact fulfillment risk, quantify the risk and contingency; in the fulfilling phase, create and execute the mitigation plan for the penalty risks. Contract Manager is the risk handler of penalty risks.
• Manage PO: Participate in the creation of the PO receiving & manage solution; in the fulfilling phase, align the PO issuing process of the customer.
• Monitor the contract fulfilling status: In the fulfilling phase, monitor the contract fulfilling status, identify & early warn the contract fulfilling problems, output the contract fulfilling status report.
• Participate project meeting with Customer, Negotiation to solve dispute.
• Fully understand main contracts between the clients and Huawei; Based on Huawei’s capacity, provide evaluation of commercial clauses, such as SLA, payment condition, acceptance condition, and so on;
• Fully understand bidding proposal, Based on Huawei’s capacity and prohibitive clause, provide evaluation of commercial clauses

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree or above in International Trade, Economics, Law, Telecommunications or relevant majors;
• Fluent English in writing and speaking;
• At least 3 year experiences as a Contract Manager, Lawyer or Sales Manager.
• Experience on Telecommunication Turnkey project
• Cautious and fully dedication to the position.
