Determines and executes maintenance requirements, provides tier 3 support of the infrastructure components comprising the cloud environment; responsible for working with developers and other teams to implement integration with external systems .
Experience in management of IT infrastructure (i.e. server environments, both physical and virtual)
- Manage the 24x7x365 operations support of virtualized network infrastructure- Responsible for ensuring technical coverage and on-call work schedules- A thorough knowledge of operating systems (mainly Linux/Unix; Windows and Mac OS a plus), networking, hardware and software- Familiarity with shell scripting.- Experience with medium to large scale data management systems- Experience with multiple relational database management systems (Postgres, MySQL, Oracle.) and database schema implementation- Experience with structured query language and database procedural languages – PL/SQL, T-SQL- Experience with data visualization and reporting systemsGood listening skills; Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively- Excellent problem solving skills.- English: Level IV(Fluent knowledge),Speaking/Reading is required.(Applicants will be tested at the level of language proficiency required in order to be eligible to move on to the interview stage).
