JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for complex activities associated with maintaining ledger accounts and for developing financial statements and reports. Develops ad hoc queries to support their activities, coordinates with other departments as needed. Supervises completion of account reconciliations, follows up and resolves any items on the reconciliations. Performs complex researches in the Legacy,Lawson and PeopleSoft systems.Position may provide functional advice or training to personnel and supervises staff.

EDUCATION:
MBA/Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting or a related field.

REQUIREMENTS:
*Advanced proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Access, Outlook and Word. Advanced proficiency with financial analysis and accounting software and tools. Supervisory experience.
*5-10 years of related financial accounting, analysis experience, including reconciliations
*Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English and Spanish.
*Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
*Ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple work assignments simultaneously.
*Ability to perform accurately in a detail oriented environment.
*Ability to gather, interpret, report, and/or edit information.
*Ability to evaluate process effectiveness and develop change or alternatives.
*Ability to identify and/or document existing and new trends as well as evaluate and predict their impact on the organization.
*Ability to perform standardized and statistical computations.
*Ability to utilize problem solving skills.
*Knowledge of data analysis techniques and methodology.
*Knowledge of the concepts, principles, and practices of accounting, budgeting, and cost control procedures.

All Crowley positions require proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word. Some positions may also include proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications.
