Our Sales & Customer Service Specialist is a position with Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, effective, focus and oriented on goals meeting targets and client follow up. We look for dynamic, personable, and engaging candidates who enjoy creating new business partners for our external client.
Requirements:

•Minimum 2-year experience in Sales Inbound/Outbound
•Experience working with leads
•Must be able to handle a high volume of inbound calls
•Automotive knowledge/experience is favorable
•Must have superior internet navigation skills
•Must have English communication skills (verbal and written) - bilingual is a plus
•Schedule Availability from 9 AM -9 PM/ and working Saturdays ( daylight savings move 1 hour ahead)
•Work base on target completion and metrics
