Our Technical Support Representative position is a customer service oriented role with a technical twist. We look for dynamic, personable, and engaging candidates who enjoy working with customers, who also have a technical aptitude with HTML and web applications.

Requirements:
•Minimum 1-year experience in Technical Support
•Moderate to advanced HTML coding knowledge
•Exceptional understanding and control of the English language (oral and written 85% and Above)
•Working knowledge of multiple operating systems, browsers, web-based programs, and email clients.
•Schedule flexibility.
