Descripción de la Oferta

1. Ensures that Bills Of Lading are completed and invoices are delivered with timeliness and high degree of accuracy.
2. Process information into the freight services applications to ensure that the documentation process flows as scheduled, based on documents submitted by our customers
3. Release documents according to the instructions provided by customer’s
4. Keep the Supervisor and Manager informed of any situation that may impact service, cargo delivery at destination and/or customer satisfaction.
5. Summarize a daily production report
6. Verify and confirmed information submitted by customer, in order to process Bill of lading correctly.
7. Keep communication with customer, Port’s office and destination’s office at the time to process a bill of lading when needed.
8. Work closely with BL revision Department, to assure corrections are communicated on time and accurate after voyage sailing.
9. Work closely with Pricing Department to assure that rate requests and verifications are entered and follow up correctly.
10. Proactively handle customer (internal and external) requests.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
