*Processes high-quality booking requests (reservation for space) via customer call, e-mail, chat and/or any other source; answers questions; modifies errors; coordinates with pricing to ensure publication of rates at time of booking; and coordinates with other internal departments to ensure customer requirements can be met;Provides excellent customer service;
*Ability to deliver value added services by developing a strong knowledge of all of Crowley's services and has the ability to influence and sell the service offerings;
-Creative, flexible, self-motivated and goal oriented individual;
-Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast paced and changing environment;

EDUCATION:
University Studies preferred.
REQUIREMENTS: Must possess strong PC skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office programs like Word and Excel; Requires use of the Crowley On Line Services products;Strong oral and written communications; Ability to exhibit a level of influencing and selling via the telephone; Minimum 1-2 years experience working in a customer interface role; Fully bi-lingual (English / Spanish)
All Crowley positions require proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word. Some positions may also include proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications
