Sourcing
• Source candidates using strategies provided by US recruiting
• Reporting/tracking of candidate source effectiveness
• Write job descriptions, and manage online postings, ensuring that we are refreshing weekly
• Notify US team of all job posting changes
• Attend weekly meetings to provide team with priority hire information, and any language to be used in campaigns
• Solicit referrals from internal employees/recent hires
• Monitor and source candidates from Schools (Java School)
Recruiting
• Ensure that all new applicants are contacted or rejected within 24 hours
• Conduct initial phone screens
• Schedule and confirm all interviews through internal tools
• Prepare interviewers and attend ALL interviews
• Follow-up with candidates after the interviews to address any questions or feedback
• Log all information in interview evaluation forms for on-site interviews
• Daily correspondence with active candidates
• Record and maintain (applicant tracking system) data for all candidates
• Conduct reference checks
On-boarding
• Responsible for ensuring ongoing communication and personal check-ins with new hires to address any questions or potential concerns
• Connect with new hires during their first weeks with Rulesware, to provide consistency and support during onboarding
• Organize and exercise an onboarding plan that is effective and consistent for all new employees.
• Create a checklist of documents required from the new employee in their first week. Make sure all documents have been provided and received
