Description

We are seeking a Billing Coordinator who will work closely with Finance and account teams to organize billing for both Search business and Display Media business. As a Billing Coordinator, you will gain a general understanding of advertising and detailed knowledge of paid search media, display media, digital media billings and accounts as well as client relationship management. Your position may expand your capabilities to learn and work within specialized paid search campaign management software, display traffic management tools as well as your core work applications that revolve around digital media billings.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Reconcile and manage media and search campaign billing and invoices
• Work with management, finance, legal, and accounting teams
• Work with internal account teams as well as the search engines, and media publisher’s billing groups
• Generate pacing reports for search and media campaign optimizations
• This person will also be exposed to:
o Creating and optimizing paid search campaigns and the technology used to support those and organize media plan support documents (i.e., SOW, spreadsheets, flowcharts, RFPs, IOs)
o Ensuring media plans are running as scheduled



Skills & Experience

• Self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on high quality
• Bachelor Degree in Any of the Following Areas: Business Administration, and Accounting
• Must be Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent written, and verbal negotiation skills (Third language is a plus)
• TOEFL/TOEIC certificate is preferred
• Advanced use of Excel (pivot tables, charts and graphs, macros, formulas, functions, filtering, etc.)
• Ability to Understand Simple Statistics Such as Ratios, Percentages, etc.
• Ability to Identify Trends and Seasonality
• Strong communication and organizational skills and be able to multi-task
• Schedule Flexibility
• Ability to Learn New Technologies and Tools
• Goal Oriented and Used to Working Under Pressure
• Advanced Computer Skills
• Able to work independently without direct supervision
• Great Attention to Detail & Quality Assurance
