The position is part of the Talent Acquisition department within Human Resources. A Recruiter is responsible of managing the candidates coming through the different sources (Internal and external), regarding evaluation and formal interviews for level 1 positions. Also a Recruiter tracks and follows up with the candidates process until they are in their first day with TELUS International.
Main Responsibilities:
As additional responsibilities, a Recruiter has to comply with all needs regarding human resource for the different accounts and departments within, provide formal and structured feedback to candidates and follow-up on their progress with formal sessions to make sure they are future qualified candidates for future positions or in the one selected to guarantee excellent pipeline.

English - 100 % :
• Oral and written comprehension.
• Appropriate use of language.
Massive recruiting, recruiting innovative techniques, psychometric evaluations knowledge is a plus.
Studies and experience
- University degree in Psychology, Marketing, Business Administration, or similar is a plus.
- Experience in Recruitment departments for a multinational Company is a plus.
- Internship experience in HR departments is a plus
