Main Responsibilities:
Capture, document and refine organizational processes using Telus International’s standard for mapping and documenting. Work on-site and virtually with the organization and clients. Work as part of a team to accomplish project objectives pertaining to process improvement. The position involves face-to-face internal/external client meetings for data collection, but most development work may be done from a remote environment.

Studies and experience
- Advanced student (5th year) of Industrial egineering, Computer Science or related.
- ISO 9001 Knowledge is a plus
- COPC knowledge is a plus.
- Documentation and process mapping courses.
Minimum 1 years of hands-on process mapping and documentation.
- Experience supporting leadership members in an operational or project role is a plus
