The position is part of the Talent Acquisition department within Human Resources.
A Recruiter is responsible of managing the candidates coming through the different sources (Internal and external), regarding evaluation and formal interviews for level 1 positions; Also a Recruiter tracks and follow-up with the candidates process until they are in their first day with TELUS International.

Main Responsibilities:
As additional responsibilities a Recruiter has to comply with all needs regarding human resource for ITO (Information Technology Outsource) Positions, provide formal and structured feedback to candidates and follow-up on their progress with formal sessions to make sure they are future qualified candidates for future positions or in the one selected to guarantee excellent pipeline.

Knowledge

Microsoft Excel - Intermediate
Hardware, software, networking knowledge - Intermediate
100% bilingual (Business English) - Multilingual is a plus.
Massive recruiting, recruiting innovative techniques, psychometric evaluations knowledge is a plus.

Studies and experience:

University degree in Computer Systems, Marketing, Business Administration, or similar.
Experience in Recruitment departments for a multinational Company is a plus.
Internship experience in HR departments is a plus
