Operations Support Specialist is responsible for providing technical support to both operations and staff in all the different applications used in the company, always looking for continuous improvement in the processes established, also is responsible for ensuring the availability of computing resources to organization
Main Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to the various technological platforms of the company
(hardware,software,telephony) and implementing security policies, ensuring connectivity systems, coordinate and monitor the implementation of best practices and support projects, support the area technology in the development and operation of accounts, among others.

Customer Service - Advanced
Windows Server - Basic

Installation, configuration and maintenance of operating systems, telephone equipment, etc.

Knowledge and experience in diagnosing and resolving network problems.
Studies and experience
A third-year level Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related careers
Preferably with 6 months experience in similar positions
Technology certifications (A + , Network + , Server + , MCP , CCNA, etc. ) - Desirable
