• Monitoring our Production Environment.
o Document incidents/Problems

• Lead communication between our teams also including external communications to our Vendors and Customers
• Provide Tier1 level of support to our customers and internal staff.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and analyze/troubleshoot complex problems
o Be part of a 24/7-team to cover business needs
• Respond and plan for service outages
• Apply operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes
• Server and system performance tuning and monitoring
• Microsoft SQL (Basic queries)
• Microsoft Server
o Basic windows server 2003/2008/2012 administration
o Monitoring windows server
o Troubleshooting OS level issues

o Solarwinds | Nagios | ICINGA
• Fluent in English (Advanced)
