The position is responsible for coordinate the team of Human Resources Generalists from the assigned accounts as well as coordinates and supervises the development of the projects assigned. It is also responsible for building a strategic relationship with the management of the accounts, with the purpose of resolve and gives support to all Human Resources subjects.
Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise the planning of the monthly motivational activities program, scheduling along the Generalist and the account’s management the activities. As well as oversees the execution of motivational budgets, give support to the HR Site Manager in the implementation of Human Resources projects or programs within the accounts related to motivation and engagement, responsible for managing sensible cases with the account’s management, with the purpose of giving an accurate advice according to the situation, process and generates information regarding human resources processes such as internal promotions, disciplinary actions, personnel actions, terminations, etc., with the objective of analyze the results and identify trends, assist customer service representatives, establishing a direct contact to clarify and resolve any questions or problems.
