The Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing various projects of moderate complexity and follow assigned projects to ensure that customer commitments are met within the objectives of the Company.

Main Responsibilities:
Identify the needs of total resources allocated to the project; lead tracking and coordination of resources and activities required in the processes of growth/output of each of the existing projects; create and maintain timely updates throughout the main reference documentation for each of the assigned projects; regular monitoring the coordination of projects and review committees to ensure that the various functional units fulfill their respective tasks in the committed dates and therefore the project deliverables are carried out in accordance of the work plan in regards of the scope, budget, and defined quality; facilitate analysis and implementation of the projects, evaluating test results and ensure that appropriate corrective actions are taken promptly; among others.

Studies and experience:
University Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science
Experience at least 1 year in Project Management - Desirable
Certification in Project Management or similar - Desirable
