The position is part of the Talent Acquisition department within Human Resources.
A Recruiter is responsible of managing the candidates coming through the different sources (Internal and external), regarding evaluation and formal interviews for level 1 positions; Also a Recruiter tracks and follow-up with the candidates process until they are in their first day with TELUS International.
As additional responsibilities a Recruiter has to comply with all needs regarding human resource for the different accounts and departments within, provide formal and structured feedback to candidates and follow-up on their progress with formal sessions to make sure they are future qualified candidates for future positions or in the one selected to guarantee excellent pipeline.
Requirements:
- Schedule flexibility
- University degree in Psychology, Marketing or business administration.
- Internship experience in HR departments is a plus

Knowledge:
- Microsoft Excel - Intermediate
