Fin Rep Lead AnalystJob SummaryThe position will be an integral member of and regional expert for the LATAM Regional Operations & Technology/Global Functions Group with direct report to O&T Finance HeadCore responsibilities would include overseeing control of inter-company activity in CCA, ensuring compliance with Citi policies, managing work migrations, ensuring proper accounting, and project management.The position will also involve Plan and analyse O&T functions financials within Central America, ensure that expenses are within budget and that they are allocating to the correct business, active participation in budget generation and ensure the different O&T functions comply with all Citi financial requirements.This position will play a key role in the divestiture process in CCA, managing the preparation of the TSA Service Schedules and in charge of the O&T expenses related to the divested legal vehicles and stranded expenses.Key Responsibilities will include:1. Manage finance transformation projects, including providing and communicating detailed end-to-end project plans and ensuring project deliverables and timing are achieved.2. Provide oversight of O&T financial activity in the CCA region.3. Develop and manage process improvements and re-engineering of inter-company activity to improve accuracy of booking transactions, transparency, and efficiency.4. Support reconciliations of inter-company transactions with country and global teams.support on-boarding activity onto APS5. Resolve inter-company breakages by partnering with country and global teams to identify and correct root causes of the breakage.6. Generate Technology and CTI Budget, coordinate and ensure the correct generation of the budget of other CCA O&T functions. Monitor and take strategic financial decisions in order to comply with the proposed budget.7. Ensure allocations for all O&T functions are correct and being sent to the right business and country.8. Intermediary between Regional finance and CCA O&T function`s BP&As so both can have a point of contact9. Active participation in different TSA processes and divestitures in CCA; Create and consolidate relationship with CitiHoldings financial partners, generate, execute and track the financial model in order to charge the buyer the right amount and redistribute this income within the different O&T functions. Manage the financial information related to O&T during the transaction and presentation of financial statements to buyers.10. Ensure proper reporting and visibility of CCA O&T with Regional and Global Partners.
