1. Generate Technology and CTI Budget, coordinate and ensure the correct generation of the budget of other CCA O&T functions. Monitor and take strategic financial decisions in order to comply with the proposed budget.2. Ensure allocations for all O&T functions are correct and being sent to the right business and country.3. Responsible for billing all CA countries for Tech and TI services.4. Intermediary between Regional finance and CCA O&T function`s BP&As so both can have a point of contact.5. Ensure proper reporting and visibility of CCA O&T with the business.6. Responsible for conciliating 32 accounts for CCA O&T.7. Active participation in different TSA processes and divestitures in CCA; specifically in the generation, execution and monthly tracking of the financial model in order to charge the buyer the right amount and redistribute this income withinthe different O&T functions.8. Financial Proyect Manager for Christopher divestiture and migration. Generation a strict controls over the expenses and plan of Christopher divestiture and migration. Creation of processes and controls in order to have a clean execution of the financial plan.
