Job Summary
Full execution of the recruitment process (including job posting, phone interviewing, test prospective employees, analyze the results, job personal interviewing, and maintain files on applicants.
• Perform searches for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria, using databases and job web-boards, networking, recruiting firms, social networking sites and the employee referral program and attend job fairs.
• Perform reference and background checks for potential employees.
• Reports the progress on assigned job vacancies on the regular basis, communicates early warnings and provide the regular feedback about the performance of the recruitment process.
