Part of the Information Services department. Performs audits and health checks for different applications.

Education and Certifications:

Degree/certification in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
2+ years application development and/or support experience in an enterprise environment.

Responsabilities:

Monitor status of automated processes
Perform health checks for various applications and processes
Perform audits for AHA program (e.g. ACT and Home Visit)
Tier 1 email management / triage

Required Knowledge:

Understanding of system development methodologies including but not limited to scrum
or other agile system development process
Knowledge of SQL or Oracle
TOAD for Oracle an asset
XML, XSLT, Calibre and Quality Centre an asset
