General Description
Responsible and accountable for the development and facilitation of training programs for Atento CAM with particular emphasis on service, product and systems training for internal employees.

Job Functions/Responsibilities
• Facilitate quality service workshops
• Facilitate leadership workshops
• Facilitate systems training
• Facilitate product training
• Develop and conduct new hire training
• Work with and coach supervisors to develop their leadership skills
• Develop training curriculum for products and systems
• Update existing training on all ATENTO US Nearshore accounts.
• Facilitate training in English and Spanish
• Keep abreast of various delivery techniques, business processes, products and systems necessary for training

• Ability to interact with all levels of employees and clients
• Able to travel as required – though should be minimal
• Strong time management
• Motivated, high energy person
• Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel
• E-learning experience desirable
• Strong collaboration skills
• Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Bilingual English Advanced/Spanish required (this is a must)
• Results oriented

Education
• Bachelor’s Degree minimum

Work Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional training role with an emphasis on quality service
• Training experience in a call center environment preferred but NOT necessary.
