Descripción de la Oferta
A Recruiter is responsible of managing the candidates coming through the different sources, regarding evaluation and formal interviews for level 1 positions; track and follow-up with the candidates process until they are in their first day with TELUS International.
As additional responsibilities a Recruiter has to comply with all needs regarding human resource for the different accounts and departments within, provide formal and structured feedback to candidates and follow-up on their progress with formal sessions to make sure they are qualified candidates for future positions or in the one selected to guarantee excellent pipeline.
Requirements:
- Schedule flexibility
- Ability to work as a Team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Massive recruiting, recruiting innovative techniques, psychometric evaluations knowledge is a plus.
- Internship experience in HR departments is a plus
