About the position:
The Agent Onboarding Representative/ New Accounts Reviewer will serve as a liaison between corporate office and field Sales Representatives to implement our prospective Agent applications. In addition, the ideal candidate will have strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills while upholding accuracy in all processed information while adhering to deadlines. Other responsibilities will include but not limited to the following:
Job Requirements
•High school graduate and/or some college preferred
•Excellent English and Spanish language skills
•Critical thinking using logic and reasoning to identify information incorrect andprovide alternative solutions to move the application to the activation queue
•Analytical thinking to analyzing information and using logic to address work-relatedissues and problems
•Cooperation with others on the job and displaying a good-natured, cooperativeattitude
•Attention to detail, fast learning skills and decision making
•Giving full attention to what other people are reviewing and transferring to QA/Agent Setup
•Job requires being open to change and to considerable variety in the workplace
•Change adaptability and flexibility to work extended hours or weekends
•Greater aptitude for coaching, motivating, and interacting with work teams
•Ability to operate in a team environment
•Be able to communicate via e-mail
•Knowledge of Excel & Word
Key responsibilities
• Review and analyze the accuracy information of new applications transferred and keep track of applications processed and returned.
• Process and upload new applications in the system
• Update existing agents information
• Process Change of agencies’ applications
• Update phone, fax and e-mail address of existing agents
• Update bank accounts
• Coordinate the Bank account request for new agents to Finance Operations
• Coordinate the equipment shipping for new agents to Web support
• Notify sales via e-mail about their activations
• Support sales with their applications & questions in a professional manner
• Monitoring the QA & Agent Setup queue to make sure sales and internal departments are getting the appropriate support on time
• Identify opportunities to improve QA processes to speed the process
• Provide weekly reports of applications returned.
