BP&A Intermediate AnalystCiti For You is the online portal to HR services. It is a key product for HR and the goal is to significantly enhance the product to deliver a best-in-class user experience on par with the best web experiences. This includes creating a single personalized, user experience across HR systems and functions, introducing more feature-rich and relevant content, and managing an end-to-end content publishing service. This position is responsible for managing and implementing initiatives that support the global product strategy, and will engage the end users, HR partners, and technology to develop and implement an innovative and transformative product rollout. You will oversee the development and implementation of platform enhancements including usability enhancements and a more content management system• Devise scope, strategy and resource plans for all projects in the team, working with project managers to implement the strategy and plans, and set up all required processes to track project status and completion of deliverables within the specified timeframes• Build relationships with Global and Regional HRSS partners in each project area • Maintain effective partnerships across the department. Influence peers and project staff through an inclusive style with the recognition and acceptance of their abilities, knowledge and conflicting priorities • Demonstrate good interpersonal skills by displaying an understanding of the needs and perspectives of others. Demonstrate a capacity to recognize value and respect differences across a diverse workforce. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct any and all business analysis needed to define business requirements and use cases to meet project objectives • Partner with key business and technology stakeholders to define scope of effort, work deliverables, and project plans and help resolve/escalate issues as needed to successfully deliver projects on time, on budget and with quality • Interact with senior CPB business and technology managers • Publish and circulate project documents (e.g., business requirements, process flows, screen designs, use cases, ‘how to’ guides) to all stakeholders • Actively participate in the stewardship of the Business Analysis discipline within HRSS by quickly learning existing business practices, upholding established standards and identifying innovative ways to improve processes and tools F1234
