This position resolves import cargo transportation needs, foreign locations, and customers for the prompt and accurate release of cargo. Ensures that all cargo is submitted properly to U.S. Customs utilizing Cargo Wise system, reconciliation procedures and reports available.
Employees are accountable to management and each other to ensure every task is done safely in accordance with Management Systems or business unit procedures with the objective of continuously improving our processes.

High school diploma or equivalent, with course work after high school and job-related training preferred.
1 - 2 years transportation experience, along with specific knowledge of international ocean import transportation and/or documentation preferred. Basic computer skills and data entry skills (6,480 kph with 95% accuracy rate). Bilingual (English/Spanish) required. AMS experience preferred. Good organizational and communication skills both written and verbal.
All Crowley positions require proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word. Some positions may also include proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications.
