Summary:
Responsible for on-going maintenance of the Human Resources/Payroll database. Support end users, providing end user training and auditing system data integrity
Responsibilities:
Assist with research, analysis and maintenance of information in support of HRIS projects and administration.
Provide responsive and competent support of product functionality to end users for Human Resources/Payroll database and other software(s) as specified.
Work as a liaison between Benefits, Human Resources and Payroll HRIS system users to resolve system problems.
Complete ongoing training programs of product upgrades and use knowledge acquired to deliver training programs to end-users.
Support remote IT users with ongoing maintenance of HR/Payroll software applications and installation of releases and upgrades.
Maintain report production, which includes, but is not limited to, the monthly headcount and turnover report.
Recommend and implement reporting changes within and beyond the scope of assigned responsibilities ensuring all reports requested by Stream management are processed correctly and in a timely manner.
Solicit feedback from users and supported business units, and suggest new ideas to improve department procedures and services.
Work with IT to maintain the human resources Lotus Notes database as well as remote site contacts to resolve conflicts or issues.
Requirements:
Advanced excel knowledge.
Skill in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret and address customer needs.
Knowledge of contact services industry and best practices.
Knowledge of PC applications
Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment.
Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
College degree with a minimum of 2 years related experience.
Experience with report writing packages preferred.
Equivalent education or experience may be substituted for any of the above.
