Under the sponsorship of the Citi Controller and, as a part of the BICF program, this role will be responsible for leading the implementation of the Full Suite initiative in Mexico. Responsibilities include:· Full end-to-end accountability of delivery and implementation of Full Suite for Mexico· Effective and timely delivery of the multi-system roll out including the establishment of a new standard operating model which will help drive synergies and savings for the Finance organization· Act as a trusted advisor to the Cluster Controller and FS Regional lead and address high impact strategic issues across the business· Work in close partnership with the Costa Rica FRO, all touch points in Mexico, and Finance leadership· Manage complete Full Suite lifecycle across planning, resourcing, analysis, elimination, implementation, configuration, testing, setting operation, transition, decommission, and handover to on-going operation· Own and manage all program resources for Mexico· Communicate within countries· Organize Mexico FS Operating Committee and TREC (for Execution 2.0)· Manage all budgets/financials for FS related to Mexico· Identify, escalate, and manage any program risks· Track, monitor, and advise Initiative Lead and Global Operating Committee· Provide appropriate inputs to enable BICF PMO to comply with key initiative requirements· Create and apply agreed, common project management practices and templates· Responsible to deliver the program(s) on-time, on-budget, and to ensure delivery in conjunction with established end-state process and standards· Includes appropriate change management activities to ensure successful transition to future state· Direct reporting line to the Full Suite Initiative Lead and the regional CFO/ControllerAlso responsible for GENESIS integration
