Summary:
Perform managerial account payables duties involving strategic planning, calendar close efficiencies, verifications and postings to process vendor accounts.
Responsibilities:
Overlook accounts payables and treasury functions.
Facilitate escalations regarding invoice payments, credits, returns, vendor history, etc.
Enforce compliance with accounts payable policies and procedures.
Maintain vendor Accounts Payable files.
Create and run various reports as requested.
Assist in reviewing and processing employee travel and entertainment expense reports.
Special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Skill in providing an exceptional customer experience.
Skill in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret and address customer needs.
Skill in data entry (10 key by touch).
Knowledge of PC applications.
Ability to work in a time critical environment.
Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
Accounting/Business degree with a minimum of 2 years related experience in an automated accounts payable department or Treasury department.
Equivalent education or experience may be substituted for any of the above.
English proficiency 80%
