Pricing Manager

Responsible for all parts of the strategy engagement, including pricing analytics, strategy setting, and pricing execution. The person will also be charged with identifying revenue generating strategies for key Channels and Verticals through value-based pricing, innovative analytics/modeling, and consultative pricing support for strategic accounts. This role will engage directly with senior executives across Sales, Finance and Product to deliver profitable growth through pricing.

Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of pricing concepts, frameworks, and best practices.
• Value based pricing of B2B products, bundles and services.
• Excellent knowledge of pricing processes, including: pricing strategies, price administration and controls, pricing optimization, price monitoring and analysis, and deal execution.
• Strong analytical skills with significant quantitative analysis experience. Ability to synthesize quantitative information and communicate observations, implications and conclusions in a business context.
• Business/financial modeling. Ability to mine data from various systems and translate business information into models which are predictive of business results to assist in effective decision making.
• Strong B2B track record in product/solution/services and market knowledge, as well as B2B deal pricing and negotiation experience.
• Experience in working relationship with C-Level leadership required.
• Ability to make persuasive, clearly supported recommendations and gain acceptance of proposals and plans.
• Commercial transaction knowledge -- experience in customer-facing transactions including commercial terms and conditions.
• Ideal experience working in a matrix environment and multiple countries
