Quality Manager

The Quality Engineer is expected to establish, maintain and improve all responsible areas of the Quality System to ensure manufacturing processes are controlled and pertinent processes are regularly reviewed, analyzed and reported in an effort to support continuous improvement within the manufacturing facility.

The ideal candidate must have experience in the application of various analytical methodologies, statistical tools and quality systems. Ability to compile, analyze data and develop corrective action plans. Understanding of supply chain management concepts, inspection, quality systems, surveillance and continuous improvement techniques. Experienced in providing assistance, interpreting requirements and specifications, and acting as a focal point to resolve quality conflicts involving suppliers and company organizations. Ability to coach suppliers and facilitate their efforts to, continually improve quality, and reduce costs.

Qualifications:
• Industrial o Chemical Engineer
• Experience of 5+ as a Manager in manufacturing companies (mandatory)
• Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing or related certifications.
• Experience in implementing quality assurance best practices and testing techniques
• Fully bilingual English and Spanish
