Process Analyst

Responsible for providing guidelines, scheduling, estimating, tracking, costing and risk assessment for the central america integration project ensuring consistency with the strategy defined.

Ensure the accomplishing of the project milestones facilitates the decisions through analysis and track of the execution and develops proposals for the correct running of the project proposed milestones achieved track the risks and issues of the project discover, document and monitor the risks and issues coming from the present or future execution of the project risks and issues identified and solved

Profile

A)preparation:

I.Engineering or administration – preferably with specialization for project management.

Ii.Preferably with a master´s degree with a concentration in business administration or finance.

B)specialized knowledge:
I.Studies/preparation on project management.
Ii.Knowledge on systems development project management.

C)work experience:
I.Implementation of large scale projects (preferably share services)
Ii.Control and implementation of systems
Iii.Experience in management of multi company or country projects
Iv.Experience at working both independently and in a team-oriented (collaborative environment)

D)abilities and technical knowledge:
I.Operational and strategic planning capabilities
Ii.Project creation and administration
Iii.Personnel management
Iv.Design for management decision making tools
V.React to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently
Vi.Creation and development of work teams
Vii.English (advanced level)
Viii.Expertise on windows, office, internet, project, lotus, and others related to project management.
Ix.Analytical thinking structured towards results
X.Ability to elicit cooperation from a wide variety of sources, including upper management, clients, and other departments
Xi.Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
