RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Actively participate in recruiting process for required job openings: Screen, evaluate, interview, documentation and paperwork recollection and candidate follow up
•Participate in and create different initiatives to build a pipeline
•Ensure the implementation and follow up of internal policies and procedures.
•Attract potential candidates by attending and participating in different activities: Job fairs, Open Houses, School visits and presentations, etc.
•Manage internal processes when required
REQUIREMENTS:
•5th Year or completed studies in Psychology, Personnel Administration or related areas
•Advanced verbal and written English level
•Previous experience in Recruitment or Human Resources is a must
•Analytical thinking and decision making skills
•Skill in providing an exceptional customer experience
•Focused on meeting targets and deadlines
•Knowledge of PC applications and proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
•Ability to work independently under minimal guidance/supervision
•Ability to maintain confidentiality of all managed information
•Skill in providing the best customer experience
