Java Engineer

The Java Engineer position will be required to deliver code and other project deliverables. This person would be required to travel to the US on a project basis, we will sponsor visas for the selected engineers.

Duties would include:

- Delivering on task assignments given by the Lead Engineer.
- Development of work products
- Ensuring project deliverables are of high quality and delivered on time.
- Participating as a key member on a project team throughout project life cycle
- Responsible for producing specific technical deliverables that meets or exceed functional and technical requirements on time and within budget
- Develop web-based user interface for complex functionality using JSP and spring
- Develop web application functionality based off of spring MVC
- Develop JEE functionality based off of java 6 and JEE spec 3, using openEJB

Personal & Technical Qualifications:

1.Bachelor's degree in computer science or related degree required 2.Understanding of complete SDLC (includes Estimation, Analysis, Business Interfacing, project/product management, Testing)
3.Experience architecting and developing Object Oriented (OO) applications in Java (JEE) version 6, JEE spec 3.0
4.Experience developing in Eclipse (Desired)
5.Experience authoring web applications based off of JSP and Spring
6.Experience with Spring MVC
7.Knowledge of technologies such as SOAP, XML and Java Script
8.Experience with Relational Databases and SQL queries
9.Strong analytical and problem solving skills
10.Ability and willingness to learn new concepts quickly and apply current knowledge to new challenges
11.Clear and concise communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse target audiences
12.Consulting experience a plus
13.FLUENT WRITTEN AND SPOKEN ENGLISH IS A MUST
