Building on our mission, IRD is preparing to bid on the Crime and Violence Prevention project funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The Crime and Violence Prevention project will help increase the safety for the citizens of El Salvador by working together with the Government of El Salvador at the national and municipal levels.
Duties & Responsibilities:
•Collects and analyses data gathered by field monitors at the district level, and monitors activity progress, results, outputs and impact through field monitor reports and periodic travel to the field.
•Conduct site visits, and triangulate data with other stakeholders, implementing partners to ensure accuracy of data.
•Develops surveys and other data gathering tools
Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree
•At least 3 years of professional experience in an office environment, preferably with an international NGO.
•Experience with community-level monitoring and evaluation
•Good communication, interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively.
•Attention to detail
•Experience with Microsoft Office
•Fluent in English and Spanish preferred
