Building on our mission, IRD is preparing to bid on the Crime and Violence Prevention project funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). The Crime and Violence Prevention project will help increase the safety for the citizens of El Salvador by working together with the Government of El Salvador at the national and municipal levels.
Duties & Responsibilities
• Coordinates as necessary with all program offices to gather information required for the maintenance of informational filing.
• Draft or prepare correspondence to respond to inquiries regarding relevant administrative activities.
• Brief/debrief staff team members on issues relating to a variety of administrative areas.
• Maintain HR Database and updating the IRD PDEV staff information accordingly.
• Draft Admin/HR memos (holidays and any other related to Admin/HR Department).

Qualifications
• High School Graduate (or similar), University degree preferred
• At least 2 years of professional experience in an office environment.
• Good communication, interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively.
• Attention to detail
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English and Spanish
